* The Reebok Crossfit Games season is upon us, beginning on Thursday Feb. 23rd, 1 workout will be released per week for 5 weeks. This a time to test your fitness against the rest of the world or just simply your community! Even if you are new to Crossfit or a seasoned vet, the Open is for YOU! Every workout includes a scaled division as well and is a ton of fun!

Saturday 8:30am – 9:30am WOD – Endurance class
Saturday 10am-12pm – OPEN workout 17.1 – 17.5 (judged in heats) & Open Gym

Review movements and Standards
2 minutes at each station with a 1 min rest
