Our CrossFit classes consist of constantly varied, functional movements performed at relative high intensity. Each WOD (Workout Of the Day) is one-hour long and consist of 4 essential components:
Warm Up (Stretching, Mobility Work, Rowing,Running, Body Movements)
Skill Work (Strength Work, Olympic StyleWeightlifting, Gymnastic Skills)
Metabolic Conditioning (Time Oriented or TaskOriented High Intensity Workout)
Cool Down (Mobility Work, Stretching, CoreWork
Our workouts are scaled and modified to each individual. Each class provides constant instruction and offers Level 1 and 2 depending on the skill of each athlete. Here at Crossfit Fenway, we cap our classes at 12-14 athletes per class – thus providing the hands on coaching and attention that our clients deserve.
