CROSSFIT 

Our CrossFit classes consist of constantly varied, functional movements performed at relative high intensity. Each WOD (Workout of the Day) is an hour long and consists of four essential components:

Warm-Up (Stretching, Mobility Work, Rowing, Running, Body Movements)
Skill Work (Strength Work, Olympic-Style Weightlifting, Gymnastic Skills)
Metabolic Conditioning (Time- or Task-Oriented High Intensity Workout)
Cool Down (Mobility Work, Stretching, Core Work)

Our workouts are scaled and modified to each individual. Each class provides constant instruction and offers Level 1 and 2, depending on the skill of each athlete. We cap our classes at 12-14 athletes per class to provide the hands-on coaching and attention that our clients deserve.
