It’s been a spell since we’ve had deadlifts as part of a conditioning workout. They’ve been missed, but they’re back Friday, with some bonus pulling and leg extension, courtesy of the rower and box jumps.
Christine last came up on February 19th, so I’m excited to see how y’all do on this.

Rowing and Box jumps are 2 of my goats, yikes. This will be interesting. Hopefully I’ll finish strong.

Was feeling left out, so I had a little lunch date with Christine at the office. I had deadlifts today anyway, so why not get them as part of a metcon?

Tough workout but it definitely suits some of us smaller guys. I’m still having trouble on the box jumps though – no matter how fresh I am I can’t “bounce” back up.
