Homework

April 5, 2010
By

I wanted to follow up on the post from the other day about why we’re all here at CrossFit Fenway.  Many of us are here because it’s fun to push ourselves, to see what we’re capable of, and the feeling we get from it.  Some of you may have some specific goals you want to work on though, and this is where homework comes in.

Don’t worry, you won’t have to write any papers, prepare a presentation, or even create a diorama.  Homework doesn’t even have to be something you do when you’re not at CrossFit Fenway, but it can be.  If you’ve got a specific goal, whether it’s learning a particular movement, PR’ing a particular lift, an upcoming event you want to be your best for, or anything else, please talk to Stacey, JT, or me about how you can get the most out of your training.  There are lots of little things you can add in before class or at home that can make a big difference.

Worked up to 1.5 pood on Turkish Getups and 75kg on power cleans. Still need work on getting my elbows up quicker.

    Metcon:
    11:41 as RX’d
I hate thrusters, but never pass up the opportunity to work on them :)
